Welcome to Impeccable Unisex Salon. By booking a service or submitting a request on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Appointments & Bookings
All online submissions are booking requests. Once submitted, our team will review the details and contact you via phone or email to confirm the appointment slot and stylist availability. Submissions do not guarantee immediate service confirmation.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restriction of booking privileges.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices listed on the catalog are indicative and subject to change based on specific requests, hair length/type, or additional products used. Final payment will be settled directly at the salon counter after service delivery.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform your stylist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment begins. The salon will not be held liable for adverse reactions to products if such information was not shared beforehand.
